Arata is a comprehensive collection of aluminium outdoor furniture by Italian designer Valerio Sommella. Designed to create an elegant and fresh landscape, the collection transitions naturally between dining, lounging and poolside settings. The name Arata comes from the Japanese word for “fresh” or “new”, reflecting a design unified by gentle curves and generous proportions. The interplay of aluminium, woven rope and generous cushioning gives the collection both architectural lightness and a distinctly tactile character.
