At Boyd Blue we aim to provide a high level of customer care. Making sure your products arrive in good time, are in good condition and meet your expectations is our priority.

Our Customer Care team are happy to assist you in any way they can if you have any specific instructions regarding delivery we are happy to help in any way we can.

We have a wide range of products held in-stock enabling us to deliver your order quickly. 

Products in stock are held in our state of the art logistics facility and warehouse at Ormeau, located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

We are committed to 100% Quality Control checks to ensure your product is in the best possible condition, packaged well and arrives safely.

At Boyd Blue our products are hand-made and this means they are all unique hand-crafted pieces and are likely to be slightly different to each other.


We have recently implemented new Quality Control procedures that are intended to ensure that a product meets the requirements of our valued clients.
