Skyline Design is an international outdoor furniture brand recognised for its distinctive approach to materials, craftsmanship and contemporary design.

Established in 2003, the brand creates furniture for residential, hospitality and commercial environments around the world. Each collection is guided by the belief that outdoor furniture should feel considered, inviting and naturally connected to its surroundings. Refined proportions, tactile surfaces and enduring materials give every piece a strong identity while allowing the surrounding landscape to remain the focus.

The Art of Weaving

Weaving is central to Skyline Design’s character. Rooted in traditional craft, it requires patience, precision and an instinctive understanding of the material.

Fibres are woven and tensioned by hand to create flowing lines, structured geometries and richly textured surfaces. Combined with modern manufacturing, this skilled process gives each piece its individuality while ensuring the consistency and reliability required for contemporary outdoor spaces.

Materials Built to Endure

Skyline Design selects each material for its appearance, comfort and outdoor performance. Fibres, fabrics, frames and surfaces are tested against sunlight, rain, moisture and changing temperatures to ensure they retain their character over time.

Performance Fabrics

Skyline Design’s acrylic and polyester fabrics combine outdoor comfort with resilience. Solution-dyed acrylic retains its colour through prolonged sun exposure and resists water and stains, while lightweight polyester provides durability against weather, abrasion and fading. Both offer a soft, practical finish for regular outdoor use.

HDPE

High-density polyethylene fibre is strong enough to withstand sunlight, rain and moisture, yet supple enough to be woven by hand. Its soft, natural feel and advanced UV protection make it ideal for textured outdoor furniture, while its recyclable composition offers a more considered material choice.

Polyester Fibre

Polyester fibre combines flexibility with firmness, allowing intricate woven patterns to retain their shape. Its resistance to ultraviolet radiation, humidity and temperature changes helps preserve its colour and performance while requiring minimal upkeep.

Aluminium

Premium-grade aluminium provides a lightweight yet strong foundation for Skyline Design furniture. Protective treatments and powder-coated finishes help resist corrosion, moisture, scratches and everyday wear, while its strength-to-weight ratio keeps even generous furniture forms practical to move.

Teak

Teak is valued for its golden tone, distinctive grain and exceptional durability. Natural oils help protect it against moisture, insects, decay, warping and shrinkage. With minimal care, it can retain its warm appearance or gradually develop an elegant silver-grey patina.

Tempered glass

Tempered glass creates a refined, easy-to-clean tabletop with greater strength than standard glass. Thermal treatment improves its resistance to impacts and temperature changes. If broken, it separates into small fragments rather than sharp shards for added safety.
