The use and perhaps creation of earthenware pottery dates back to roughly 400 B.C. Continuing this tradition in new form with updated materials we've crafted the Torrance Lamp in the same fashion. Ceramic has been spun to resemble the visual and textural aspects of clay pottery. A cerulean haze reactive glaze breaks over the textured form leaving sand-colored reliefs peeking through. Topped with a light-beige linen drum shade and a matching ceramic finial. Finish may vary.
