Refunds

Boyd Blue must be advised in writing within seven days of delivery if goods are faulty or damaged.  Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned.  All returns are to be authorised at Boyd blue’s discretion.   Cancellations after 24 hours of placement will incur a 20% handling fee.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
